Bowtie Glasses Suspenders Blue Orange Birthday Party Banner

Complete your birthday boy or girls party with this adorable banner1! The letters are cut from a blue glitter cardstock with a white shadow layer. They are mounted onto double-layer pennants with foam dots so the letters POP!! Each line will have two side pennants with bow-tie and suspender embellishments. Every other pennant will have glasses, bow-tie or hat embellishments.
