Complete your mermaid loving girl's birthday with this beautiful & ornate birthday banner!!! Glittery mermaid tails, shimmery iridescent shells, sparkly clams with pearls & iridescent holligraphic mermaid side pennants... so gorgeous embellishments! Every fin shaped pennant is three layers of thick cardstock. Every other pennant features a two piece center medallion... top layer is embossed with an elegant damask pattern. The shadow layer is holligraphic foil cardstock to give the banner some extra glam! The mermaid scales are cut from holligraphic cardstock as well. The letters are cut from silver cardstock and mounted onto a shimmery lavender cardstock then attached to the pennants using foam dots so the letters pop!
