Narwhal Ocean Theme Birthday Banner

The detail on this Narwhal banner is immaculate!! Every other pennant features a mermaid scale overlay cut from iridescent silver foil cardstock with ocean grass/seaweed embellishments. The letters are cut from white iridescent glitter cardstock and mounted onto a periwinkle purple cardstock. They are mounted onto the pennants with foam dots so the letters POP! Purple and pink pennants feature narwhal, sea shell, star, and horn embellishments cut from matching specialty cardstock.
