This banner would make the perfect t addition to any Paint or Art theme Party!!!

Banner is made out of premium, layered, heavy cardstock & glitter cardstock. Letters are mounted on to pennants with foam dots so the letters pop.

Please enter the date of the party and the name you would like on the banner (if that option was purchased) in the personalization section. If party date is not listed, I will go by ship date.

If the party date falls before the listed ship date, that is a rush order. I can do rush orders for an additional charge. Please send me a message if you need the banner before the listed ship date.

I do not offer refunds for shipping delays. I do not offer refunds for accidental purchases. Once an order comes thru I immediately start designing the banner. I do not offer refunds because the shipping date was read incorrectly. Ship dates are clearly listed in the description. Please plan accordingly and allow plenty of time for shipping.
